Assessor Support - Assessment & Moderation
NZQA offers online learning modules and workshops, plus live workshops and events to help assessors with the assessment of internally-assessed standards.
- Are you interested in improving your assessment practice?
- Are you new to standards-based learning and NCEA?
- Are you looking for opportunities to network and build learning communities?
Our online Assessor Support focuses on a wide range of subjects and standards, with new content added regularly. Assessors can also improve their assessment practice with the generic modules available. This content is accessible for free via our learning management system, Putāke. Assessors can use their Education Sector Logon to access the modules. The modules are self-enrol, and the materials can be accessed at any time.
NZQA continues to provide face-to-face Best Practice Workshops and targeted support on request. Presentations for conferences and cluster meetings are also available.
Visit the pages below to learn about how to access or register for the available options.
