Statement |
I am really enjoying printmaking as a way to demonstrate and connect with my Māori heritage and have more pride in my culture. I’m glad I can use this style of art to express the history and symbolism of the Treaty of Waitangi and have combined both traditional and contemporary methods with natural materials to explore my ideas. |
