During 2021, teachers, learners and communities have continued to manage their way through COVID-19 uncertainty and disruption, and their wellbeing is a key priority for government.

The rephasing of the NCEA Change Programme ensures that our teachers, students, whānau and communities have the time they need to understand and be involved in the programme.

The rephasing does not change the pilots for Literacy and Numeracy | Te Reo Matatini me te Pāngarau standards, and Te Ao Haka. Both of these pilot programmes will continue as planned in 2022.

To find out more about how the rephasing will impact these programmes, visit the Ministry of Education’s NCEA website.
