Quality Assurance (including External Evaluation and Review (EER)) Rules 2022
10. Fees
- The fees payable for EERs and requests for reconsideration are the fees from time to time charged under section 457(1) of the Act, and published on NZQA’s website.
- Where there is a finding in a reconsideration that there was a process failure in finalising the report or there were errors of fact or judgement, and this has resulted in a change to either or both of the statements of confidence in the finalised report, no fee will be payable for the reconsideration.
