Disclosure of expenses
NZQA is disclosing the Chief Executive’s expenses, gifts and hospitality as part of its commitment to transparency and accountability.
In August 2010 all departments and many Crown entities released their chief executive’s expenses under the Official Information Act for the period June 2008 to July 2010.
To ensure continuous, accurate reporting of expenses, agencies are required to publish these expenses from the start of the financial year 1 July 2010 and every six months thereafter.
