Literacy and Numeracy unit standards - level 1
The following resources have been developed to assist with the planning, implementation and assessment of the level 1 Literacy and Numeracy unit standards. The guidelines document, information and resources, and national external moderation sections are intended for anyone assessing these standards. The implementing an assessment programme section, while secondary school focussed, will also be useful for tertiary providers. The information and resources for Literacy and Numeracy unit standards includes a number of templates and guidance for individual standards, including assessed work coversheets and information on how evidence from the Adult Literacy and Numeracy Tool may contribute to the standard.
