18. No prejudice to use of other sanctions under the Act
- These Rules do not affect the ability of NZQA to take any of the following actions under the Act:
- cancellation of the registration of a private training establishment, or imposition of conditions on its registration:
- withdrawal of Code signatory status, a programme approval, an accreditation to provide an approved programme, a micro-credential approval, or a consent to assess against standards:
- imposition of conditions on a Code signatory, a programme approval, a micro-credential approval, an accreditation to provide an approved programme or micro-credential, or a consent to assess against standards:
- the exercise of any other regulatory, enforcement, or compliance powers.
