Unit standards for Foundation and Bridging

The purpose of this project is to develop a consistent, cohesive package of unit standards as potential assessment tools for use in programmes leading to the 2020-2021 reviewed Levels 1 and 2 qualifications in Foundation and Bridging (FaB).

The main target learners for the unit standards are those working towards award of a Foundation and Bridging (FaB) qualification, engaging or re-engaging with learning to prepare them for further learning and employment.

These standards may also be used in other programmes of study, in secondary school and tertiary contexts.
